Correction requests for engraving text can be made within 24-48 hours only. We understand during the times of the current Pandemic many weddings are being cancelled or rescheduled, We can hold new orders with customer's option to provide us engraving details at a later date. Items that are not engraved can be refunded after deducting 30% restocking fee (eligibility- refund/cancellation requests made within 24-48 hours of placing the order). All other orders are eligible for refund if they are found to be defective only due to customized nature of the products.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days for defective products only, accompanied by a sales receipt. Engraved product is considered final sale, and can be exchanged only for partial store credit. Festive merchandise cannot be returned after the festival date. All other items are eligible for easy, free returns against replacement piece for within 1 year of purchase.
